A Male & Female cyclist will be awarded $5000 each to assist their cycling careers, we have an award for 2nd and third, as well as a Junior award for under 17yrs.

The Jason Lowndes Scholarship 2022
CONGRATULATIONS to the 2022 Winners of the Jason Lowndes Scholarship Belinda Bailey & Blake Agnoletto
The Scholarship is named after Jason Lowndes, a young cyclist, tragically hit by a car, whilst on a training run in 2017. Jason was known as a kind, infectious, generous and genuine young man who everybody loved and was in the prime of his life at the time he was killed. He had achieved so much with his cycling career and had such a bright future in front of him. Goldfields Cycle Sports Club is honored to work with the Lowndes Family by sponsoring this Scholarship to assist young cyclists, further their careers.
